Spinach Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    4 eggs
    1 small chopped onion
    6 oz. cottage cheese
    10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all together and pour into square baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
