Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. egg noodles
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. milk
    2 c. water
    2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    2 c. turkey; cooked and cubed
    2 c. peas and carrots; thawed
    2 Tbsp. pimento
    1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. parmesan
    2 Tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Cook noodles as directed.
    Drain.
    Combine soup, milk, water and cheese in 3 qt. saucepan.
    Cook, stir over medium heat until cheese melts and sauce is hot.
    Stir in noodles, turkey, peas, carrots, and pimentos.
    Spoon into greased baking dish.
    Combine crumbs, parmesan and parsley.
    Sprinkle over top.
    Bake uncovered at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until hot.
    Serves 6.
