Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. salmon (canned)
    1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers
    1 medium onion
    1 large egg
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Drain salmon and put into large bowl.
    Add crushed crackers, finely chopped onion and egg.
    Mix well.
    Add flour, cornmeal, salt and pepper; mix together.
    Pat into patties about 1 inch in diameter and 1/2 inch thick.
    Cook in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towel.
