Chicken Breasts In Orange Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 large chicken breasts
4 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. frozen orange juice
4 oranges (save 1 c. juice and grated peel)
1/2 lb. butter
Preparation
-
Wash
chicken
and
arrange
on greased baking pan.
In double boiler,
put egg yolks, sugar, all the juice, peel and melted butter.
Cook over hot water for about 5 minutes.
Pour over chicken
and
bake\tat
400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender. Serve each chicken breast with a slice of orange as a garnish, if desired.
Makes 8 servings.
