Ham Potato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cubed ham (best to use buffet or dinner style ham)
4 or 5 medium potatoes, cubed
1 c. instant mashed potatoes
3/4 stick margarine
1 c. milk
10 or 12 slices cheese
Preparation

Boil potatoes until just tender.
Layer ham in 3-quart baking dish.
Layer potatoes, then cheese.
Mix mashed potatoes with hot water.
Make the potatoes very thin.
Add margarine and milk. Pour over potatoes and ham. Stir and bake 3 minutes.
