Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

4 lean pork chops
1 pkg. rice
1 can tomatoes
1 onion
2 Tbsp. garlic
2 Tbsp. parsley
2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Fast brown chops and remove from skillet.
Drain off excess oil.
Pan boil rice (do not overcook).
Put rice in bottom of casserole dish.
Cover with tomatoes, garlic, parsley and oil. Place pork chops on top.
Cover and simmer until rice is tender and chops are tender, then bake for 30 to 35 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
