Easy Chocolate Creams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
    1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 Tbsp. milk
    assorted decorations (1/4 c. colored sugar or decors, 1/3 c. flaked coconut, 1/3 c. finely chopped almonds or pecan halves)
Preparation
    Melt chocolate over low heat, or microwave.
    Remove from heat. Add confectioners sugar, egg and milk.
    Beat until smooth.
    Chill until firm enough to handle, about 30 minutes.
    Shape into 1/2-inch balls.
    Roll in decorations.
    Pecan halves may be pressed into tops instead of rolling in chopped almonds.
    Makes about 5 dozen.
