Beef Stroganoff 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. round steak, cut about 3/4 inch thick
    flour as needed
    cooking oil as needed
    1 clove garlic
    2 onions
    paprika
    2 c. vegetable stock or bouillon
    1 Tbsp. meat sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. mace
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. ginger
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Pound the round steak, then cut into cubes.
    Flour lightly and brown in oil with garlic clove.
    Shake paprika over each side as cooked.
    Slice the onions and brown with the meat.
    Mix the vegetable stock or bouillon with the meat sauce, seasonings and spices.
    Pour over meat and onions.
    Sprinkle all with more paprika.
    Simmer for about 1 1/2 hours; when ready to serve, mix in the horseradish and the sour cream and simmer for a few more minutes.
