Cheery Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup shortening
5-7 Tbsp water
Preparation

Cut shortening & salt into flour until pieces are like small peas.
Add water & mix with fork until moist.
Divide dough in half.
Flour the counter & roll out dough with roller.
Put on the bottom of a pie plate.
Do the same for the top of the pie. 2 large cans of cherry pie filling; put in pie shell; add 1 Tbsp of butter on the top of the filling; make air vents in the top & bake at 400 for 45 minutes or until crust is lightly browned.
