Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. flour
3/4 stick margarine
1 large can lite evaporated milk
Preparation

Melt margarine. Mix sugar and flour. Add margarine.
Add one egg at a time.
Mix well after each.
Add milk and vanilla.
Mix well and pour into a greased and lightly floured baking dish. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
