Hunter-Style Lamb Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 lb. boneless lamb, cut in 3/4-inch cubes
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    3/4 c. apple juice or dry red wine
    1 c. low salt chicken broth, divided
    1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
    1/8 tsp. ground sage
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    3 c. hot cooked linguine
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Spray a large skillet or saucepan with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat.
    Add lamb cubes and garlic; cook 5 minutes, or until lamb is evenly browned, stirring frequently.
    Add apple juice, 1/2 cup broth, rosemary, pepper and sage; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 1 hour, or until lamb is tender.
