Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices white bread, crust removed
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    3 eggs, beaten well (I use Egg Beater)
    2 c. half and half
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Melt
    butter in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex pan.
    Tear bread in small pieces and sprinkle over butter.
    Sprinkle sausage over bread. Then
    sprinkle cheese.
    Beat eggs and add other ingredients;
    pour over
    cheese.
    Chill
    for 8 hours or overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
