Easy Beefy Bean Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. bacon, diced
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, peeled, ends removed and chopped
    2/3 c. hickory flavor barbecue sauce
    2 Tbsp. prepared yellow mustard
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    32 oz. canned baked beans, fat rind removed (undrained)
    29 oz. canned pinto beans, rinsed and drained
    3 c. fresh mustard greens, Swiss chard or spinach, washed, dried and chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a 2 1/2-quart ovenproof skillet or flameproof casserole, cook bacon, beef and onion over medium-high heat on top of the stove, stirring occasionally, until bacon is crisp and beef is browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Stir in barbecue sauce, mustard and Worcestershire sauce until well blended.
    Add baked beans, pinto beans and mustard greens, Swiss chard or spinach.
    Stir gently to mix.
    Bake, uncovered, for 35 to 45 minutes, or until very hot in center and bubbly.
    Remove from oven and serve.
    Serves 6.
