Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. 100% bran
1 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk *
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. Kellogg's All-Bran
1/2 c. white raisins
Preparation

While mixing other ingredients, soak 1 cup of 100% bran in 1 cup of boiling water.
Mix sugar, oil, eggs and buttermilk.
Sift flour, salt and baking soda together and add to the buttermilk mixture.
Add to this the soaked bran, 2 cups Kellogg's All-Bran and the raisins.
Bake in well-greased and floured muffin tin. Bake at 400\u00b0
for 15 to 20 minutes.
Batter will keep 3 weeks in refrigerator.
Fill tins about 3/4 full.
Makes 36 muffins.
