E-Z Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    approximately 2 lb. lean beef, cut in cubes (round or family steak)
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can mushrooms (optional)
    1 c. any kind wine (Burgundy is best but whatever you have will do fine)
Preparation
    Put everything into casserole dish or pan that has tight-fitting cover.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for at least 1 1/2 hours.
    (May cook longer and it improves rather than spoils the dish.)
    Serve over buttered noodles or rice.
