Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. dark corn syrup
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. Pet evaporated milk
    1 c. broken pecans
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix the first 4 ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart bowl.
    Mix well.
    Beat in with a fork one at a time the eggs.
    Mix remaining ingredients in.
    Pour into a 9-inch pie pan lined with unbaked pastry.
    Bake in center of oven until firm (or about 50 minutes).
    Cool before serving.
