Chocolate Covered Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    1 Tbsp. vegetable shortening
    60 small pretzels
Preparation
    Melt chocolate with shortening, using a double boiler.
    Remove from heat, but keep over warm water.
    Drop pretzels, one at a time, into chocolate mixture.
    Lift out with fork, tapping off the excess.
    Place pretzels on wire rack over waxed paper to catch drips.
    Allow to dry.
