Ingredients

1/3 c. corn meal
3 c. scalded milk
1/2 c. molasses
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 heaping Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. cold milk
Preparation

Add cornmeal to scalded milk.
Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring often.
Mix in everything but the eggs and last cup of milk.
Let pudding cool, then add beaten eggs.
