Three Cheese Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Bisquick mix
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 carton creamed cottage cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 eggs

Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease rectangular baking dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch.
Mix baking mix, onion, milk and 2 eggs; beat vigorously 20 strokes.
Spread in dish.
