Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. Cheddar cheese (10 oz.)
2 lb. hamburger
1 medium potato, grated
salt and water
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. paprika
2 cans enchilada sauce
1 can pitted olives
1 pkg. corn tortillas
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown meat until nearly done. Add all spices and potato. Cook on low heat until done. Stir often to keep from sticking.
Heat sauce to a boil. Dip tortillas in sauce and cover bottom of casserole dish (about 6).
Put a layer of meat and cheese. Top with olives.
Repeat. Cook until cheese on top melts.
