Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of broccoli soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. diced cheese (American)
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook celery and onion until crisp in vegetable oil.
    Combine soup and milk.
    Stir in celery and onion mixture, cheese, broccoli and rice.
    Pour into 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
