Manhattan Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. orange juice
    1 lemon (juice and rind)
    2 Tbsp. plain gelatin
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 pt. heavy cream or Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix gelatin with a little water.
    Add juices, rind and sugar (stir).
    Place in an ice cube tray and leave until almost hard. Put whipped cream on top.
    Add a little confectioners sugar and chopped walnuts (about a cup).
    Place on top and freeze.
