Banana-Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 2/3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 medium size ripe bananas, peeled and mashed (about 1 c.)
3/4 c. pecans, finely chopped
2 tsp. grated orange rind
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Line bottom with wax paper; grease paper.
Sift flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda onto a sheet of wax paper.
