Cheddar Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 carrots, finely chopped
    2 celery ribs, finely chopped
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    2 c. water
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. flour
    salt and pepper
    4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    3 cans chicken broth or cream of chicken soup
    1 (15 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Boil carrots, celery and onion in water 5 minutes.
    Melt margarine in large pot; add flour and blend well.
    Slowly add chicken broth, stirring constantly to prevent lumping, then add milk, Cheez Whiz, salt, pepper and cayenne.
    Stir in mustard and the boiled vegetables including the water in which they were boiled.
    Bring to a boil and serve.
