Mrs. S'S Sausage And Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 Italian sausages (4 hot and 4 sweet)
    2 pkg. Mozzarella cheese (16 oz.)
    6 eggs
    1 small Ricotta cheese (pt. or lb.)
    pie crust for 2 crusts (Betty Crocker or your own)
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder to taste
Preparation
    Remove casing from sausage; fry sausage and scramble.
    Cool and pour off fat.
    In large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients with wooden spoon.
    Make pie crusts.
    Put into 10-inch deep pie glass dish.
    Brush 1 egg white over top of pie crust and slit holes on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Serve hot.
