Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. chopped broccoli
    4 oz. can mushrooms, drained (save liquid)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 small onions, diced
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. cooked rice
    10 oz. pkg. Velveeta cheese
    Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook and drain broccoli.
    Saute onions and mushrooms in butter.
    Add liquid and 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup.
    Add rice and Velveeta cheese and cook until cheese is melted.
    Pour over broccoli.
    Cover with cracker crumbs and butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
