Ingredients
    3 egg whites, at room temperature
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    flavoring (if wanted)
Preparation
    Beat 7 to 10 minutes.
    This should be dull, not shiny.
    If large eggs are used, add more powdered sugar and beat longer.
