Peach-Glazed Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sliced peaches
    1/3 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. Stove Top chicken flavor stuffing mix
    4 pork chops (with pocket cut for stuffing)
    1/2 c. peach preserves
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Drain and dice peaches, reserving syrup. Mix water and margarine in bowl; stir in stuffing mix, peaches and syrup.
    Fill pork chop pockets with stuffing mix.
    Arrange chops in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix preserves and mustard; brush over chops. Bake 60 minutes or until cooked through.
    Bake remaining stuffing in a casserole dish for 30 minutes.
