Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. Wesson or Crisco oil
2 c. flour, unsifted
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
6 peeled and cored apples, cut thick (McIntosh or Jonathan)
Preparation

Blend sugar, eggs and oil with a fork.
Add flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt; mix with a large spoon.
Cut apples in 1/8's.
Fold apples into batter.
Batter will be thick.
Bake in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
