Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. nuts
    3 c. flour, sifted
    1 c. brown sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. zucchini, grated
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Combine sugars, oil and eggs; beat until well blended.
    Add zucchini and vanilla.
    Mix together flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and baking powder; stir into creamed mixture, blending well.
    Add nuts.
    Pour into greased and lightly floured loaf tins.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
