Chicken Or Tuna Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. gelatin, soaked in cold water
    1/2 c. cold chicken stock or water
    1/2 c. boiling stock
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
    1 1/2 cans tuna fish or chicken, diced
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1/3 c. sliced olives
    1 tsp. minced parsley
    1 c. cottage cheese
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine gelatin, cold stock or water and boiling stock.
    Let cool.
    Add lemon juice and mayonnaise.
    As it thickens, add whipping cream, tuna or chicken, celery, olives, parsley, cottage cheese and salt.
