Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 lb. chicken strips
    1 bell pepper, cut in strips
    1 onion, chopped or sliced
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    salt
    pepper
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    1 can whole tomatoes
Preparation
    Heat pan with oil.
    Add chicken and brown.
    Remove.
    Add vegetables, garlic, salt and pepper and water.
    Saute.
    Add chicken and tomatoes; cook for 30 minutes.
    Can be cooked in a wok.
