Chow Chow - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pt. green tomatoes
3 pt. ripe tomatoes
1 small head cabbage
2 pt. onions
1 large stalk celery
3 bell peppers (red and green)
3 hot peppers
1/2 c. salt
6 c. sugar
3 pt. vinegar
1/2 c. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Cook all together for about 1 hour; put into jars and seal.
