Spanish Coffee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 oz. (15 ml) Kahlvarta Maria
1 oz. (30 ml) brandy
hot coffee
sweetened whipped cream
Preparation

To sugar rims of glasses, dip lemon moistened rims into granulated sugar.
Put Kahlua and brandy into coffee glass.
Fill coffee to within 1/2 inch of rim.
Top with whipped cream to the brim.
Do not stir.
Serves 1.
