Cornbread For A Crowd - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 c. self-rising cornmeal
    4 eggs, beaten
    15 oz. can creamed corn
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Combine oil, cornmeal, eggs, corn and sour cream; pour into greased 11 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0, then lower temperature to 375\u00b0 and cook 30 minutes more. Serves 12.
