Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 slices dry bread, cubed
    1 stick oleo, melted
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple with juice
Preparation
    Grease 1-quart casserole; put bread cubes in casserole.
    In small pan, melt oleo with sugar; add eggs, flour, pineapple and juice.
    Mix and pour over cubes; toss and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for at least half an hour.
    Great as a side dish with chicken, pork or ham.
