Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced (apples)
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 stick margarine, melted
5 slices white bread
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place fruit in buttered 8 x 8-inch dish. Cut crusts from bread and cut each slice into 5 fingers. Place bread fingers over fruit. Mix sugar, flour, egg and butter. Pour over fruit and bread.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
