Veg-All Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. uncooked noodles, rice or macaroni
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. flour
pepper to taste
1 c. chopped tomatoes or 1 small can tomato sauce
1 can Veg-All (16 oz.) mixed vegetables
Preparation

Cook noodles or rice until tender.
Lightly brown onion in butter, add ground beef and cook slowly until brown.
Blend in flour.
Add cooked noodles, vegetables including liquid, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Pour in greased baking dish and bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 6.
