Italian Sausage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Italian-style link sausages, sweet and hot
    4 green peppers, seeded and sliced in strips
    2 red onions, thinly sliced
    2 c. canned kidney beans, drained
    3 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
    3 Tbsp. chopped Italian parsley
    2/3 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    freshly ground pepper
    pinch of oregano
    1/2 lb. pasta twists
Preparation
    To Cook Sausage:
    Prick skins, put in a skillet with water to cover and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute; drain.
    Slice in 1/2-inch lengths and fry over medium heat until brown and cooked through.
