Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch fresh broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
24 Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Cook broccoli until crisp-tender; drain and place in casserole dish.
Spread soup over broccoli.
Sprinkle cheese over soup. Pour beaten eggs over cheese.
Mix margarine with crumbled crackers and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
