Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. Milk
2 c. Soft Bread Cubes
1 1/2 tbsp. Melted Butter or Margarine
3/4 c. Sugar
Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 c. Raisins (optional)
3 Beaten Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
Preparation

In a pan heat the milk, blend in the bread cubes.
In a large bowl combine the sugar, vanilla, salt, raisins and eggs. Blend the milk mixture into the egg mixture.
Pour it into a greased baking dish.
Place in a pan of hot water (sprinkle with nutmeg).
