Frozen Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation

Sprinkle salt over cabbage and let stand for 1 hour.
Squeeze out liquid.
Mix all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute.
Cool and freeze in plastic containers.
