Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust, cooled
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding
    Cool Whip (regular size)
Preparation
    Bake pie crust and cool.
    Mix powdered sugar and peanut butter with fork until mixture is crumbly.
    Sprinkle 3/4 of mixture on bottom of pie crust.
    Pour vanilla pudding over mixture. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle remaining peanut butter mixture on top. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
