Very Easy Homemade Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    6 c. flour
Preparation
Put Crisco, sugar and salt in large bowl.
Over this mixture, pour 1 cup boiling water.
Stir until shortening is about dissolved.
Add eggs and stir together well.
Add yeast that has been dissolved in warm water.
    Stir in flour, unsifted.
Mix all together and refrigerate overnight.
Roll out on floured pastry sheet or waxed paper and cut with 2-inch cutter.
Put in a greased pan and let rise until double in size (about 3 to 4 hours).
If room is cool, turn oven on to warm slightly.
Turn off and let rolls rise in oven.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
Brush tops with melted oleo, if desired, before baking.
Makes about 4 dozen rolls and doesn't even require kneading.
My teenage granddaughters make these since they are so easy!
