"Pigs In The Blanket" Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef
    1/2 lb. pork
    1 onion
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. rice (uncooked), washed
    salt
    pepper
    cabbage
    tomato soup
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except cabbage).
    Parboil cabbage to loosen leaves.
    Trim core.
    Separate leaves.
    Roll meat mixture into a leaf, not too tightly.
    Place in frypan or pot.
    Cover with tomato soup.
    Cover and simmer 2 hours.
