Chicken Over Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice, cooked
    12 chicken breasts, split (boneless or not; any other part, if desired)
    2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    paprika to taste
Preparation
    Mix water, wine, soup and soup mix together with rice.
    Put into casserole and season chicken.
    Dip chicken into 1/4 pound melted butter or margarine.
    Lay on top of rice.
    Add paprika. Bake, covered, for 1 1/2 hours, in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Uncover for 1/2 hour.
