Venison Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground venison
    1/4 c. minced onion
    16 oz. mashed hot chili beans
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    4 oz. jalapeno pepper
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion; brown venison.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Pour in casserole dish and top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
