Sunshine Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 small can mandarin oranges
    2 carrots
Preparation
    Mix 4 cups of water to jello.
    Drain pineapple and oranges and add to jello when cool.
    Add grated carrots. Serve with cottage cheese on a leaf of lettuce.
