Tuna Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 1/2 oz.) can light tuna, packed in water
1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
1/4 c. celery, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped fine
1/3 c. nonfat yogurt
1/2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard (spicy or Dijon)
Preparation

Flake tuna with fork in medium bowl.
Add vegetables.
Combine yogurt, honey, lemon juice and mustard; mix with tuna and vegetables until evenly distributed and well moistened.
