Creamette Summer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni (2 c. uncooked)
    1 (12 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar or Colby cheese
    2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 large tomato, diced
    1 c. sweet pickles, diced
    1/3 c. green onions, sliced
    1/3 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. Italian dressing
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Prepare macaroni according to package directions for salad use.
    Drain.
    Add tuna and next 6 ingredients.
    Blend Italian dressing, sour cream and seasoned salt thoroughly.
    Add to salad and toss well.
    Chill.
    Garnish with additional slices of cheese, if desired.
    Serves 8 to 10.
